Refund Policy

Only a first purchase may be requested for refund within 168 hours after payment, inclusive of the 168th hour. Renewals and later purchases are outside this voluntary window.

Requests after the window, renewals, repeat purchases, transactions terminated for Terms violations, and already-refunded transactions are normally ineligible, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Eligible refund = amount actually paid for the first purchase × (1 - official AI quota used in the current monthly quota period ÷ monthly quota limit). Usage is measured from the current monthly quota-period record when the refund request is reviewed. The result is clamped between zero and the amount actually paid, then rounded to the nearest currency minor unit using round-half-up.

For an annual plan, the full amount actually paid for the first annual purchase is the refund base, and the usage ratio comes from the monthly quota period containing the refund request. Unused remaining months are not calculated separately. The same 168-hour first-purchase window applies.

If Pro monthly cost USD 1 and 50 of 200 monthly uses have been consumed, the refund is USD 0.75. If Pro yearly cost USD 99 and 50 of 200 uses have been consumed in the request month, the refund is USD 74.25. Fully consuming the monthly quota produces a refund of zero.

Provide your account email, transaction reference, purchase time, plan, and reason. We may request information necessary to verify payment and calculate the refundable amount from the official AI usage recorded when the refund request is reviewed.

Email support@oh-my-prompt.com. We normally respond within 3 business days. An approved WeChat refund is returned through the original WeChat Pay channel and account; settlement timing depends on WeChat Pay and other payment providers.

When a refund is approved, the related paid access ends immediately rather than continuing to its former expiry date.

As Merchant of Record, Creem executes refunds within its transaction scope and may offer a discretionary refund within 60 days of purchase under its own or Merchant of Record policy. This discretion does not reduce the contractual first-purchase refund right in this policy or any mandatory right. Execution remains subject to Creem processes, payment-network rules, and applicable law.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable cooling-off, defect remedy, or other consumer right under applicable law.
