Terms of Service

Oh My Prompt provides a Chrome extension and web app for managing, inserting, syncing, backing up, and sharing text prompts, plus user-initiated image-to-prompt analysis and text prompt generation and optimization. The product manages and generates text prompts; it does not generate images or videos. Current plan details and prices are shown on the subscription page.

Creem is Merchant of Record for its international transaction scope and handles collection, applicable taxes, and invoices. Unless checkout says otherwise, Creem subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly term until canceled. Cancel through an available subscription-management channel before the next charge.

A WeChat Pay purchase is a one-time, fixed-term entitlement and does not renew automatically. You must purchase again after expiry.

Paid access normally activates after payment confirmation. Network or payment-notification delays may require manual verification.

You retain rights in lawful content you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide the Service. Rights in Oh My Prompt software, branding, and original materials remain with their owners.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and must not use the Service unlawfully, infringe rights, harm others, or disrupt systems.

The Service may work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovart, and other platforms, but Oh My Prompt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of them. Their own terms govern their services.

You may stop using the Service. We may proportionately restrict, suspend, or terminate access for illegality, abuse, security risks, or material breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

We may change, improve, or suspend Service features and will give reasonable notice where a change materially affects users. We may also update these Terms and will notify material changes on this page or by reasonable means. Continued use after effectiveness means acceptance unless law requires otherwise.
